## **Back to Real Bread**

```
It started with a simple question:
```

```
What kind of bread do I want to give my son?The answer was clear — Real bread.Naturally fermented. Pure. Alive. A bread that nourishes, easy to digest, rich in minerals, and made to support a healthier way of eating.In Zurich, I realised how rare that bread truly is. Few bakeries make 100% sourdough — and even fewer are close enough to become part of everyday life.So I chose to bake it myself.And to make it accessible— by delivering it directly to your doorstep by eletric cargo bike. If this resonates with you, you can be among the firstto try it.
